Accounting Assistant at Riksbyggen Service Center
Riksbyggen Service Center is now looking for two Accounting Assistants. You will become part of a close-knit team with experienced colleagues in the field. The role of Accounting Assistant is a perfect opportunity for you who want to develop your skills in accounts payable, finance, and other administrative tasks. You will also receive a solid introduction from experienced colleagues and a team that supports you in the role!
ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Accounting Assistant, you will belong to a team consisting of various roles within finance. Your main task will be to work with Riksbyggen's and our managed clients' payments, invoicing, financial processes, and other administrative tasks. The work environment is characterized by teamwork both within the group and between departments. You will gain valuable knowledge exchange and have the opportunity to take significant responsibility in your work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Manage accounts payable for Riksbyggen and its clients.
- Perform and support financial processes and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues within and between departments to ensure an efficient workflow
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a completed degree in Finance and/or work experience in accounts payable
- Has work experience in administrative tasks and a good understanding of financial processes, such as debit and credit
- Has good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
- Has good knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written as the language is used in daily work
